Five Star Food Service becomes a Canteen Franchisee

CHATTANOOGA, TN (August 7, 2008) - Five Star Food Service is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement to become a Canteen franchisee. Canteen Vending Services and selected Canteen franchisees, are acquiring specific territories in the Southeast from Five Star Food Service. In turn, Five Star will acquire specific territories from Canteen and selected Canteen franchisees. The agreement was signed on August 6, 2008.

Five Star will continue to operate out of their Chattanooga, TN headquarters as the newest Canteen franchisee member. As a franchisee, Five Star will join a national network of recognized vending companies. Customers will continue to enjoy all of their favorite Five Star brands and programs with the added benefit of access to Canteen's exclusive and nationally recognized brands, enhanced by leading edge technology.
